How to read this. SIRS applies to condo and cooperative associations with buildings three or more stories. Story count is not available for every association, and cross-source name matching is probabilistic — so “no SIRS on record” is a signal to investigate, not a determination of non-compliance. The high-confidence watchlist below is the narrower set we can stand behind: associations whose matched county parcel records place them past the 30-year milestone-inspection age and for which no completed SIRS Reporting Form was found with DBPR. Always verify against DBPR and the association before acting.
