Registered condominium associations, unit counts, statuses, managing entities, and annual-fee payment history.
Refreshed from DBPR's public extract files; synced daily.
Florida Division of Corporations
Corporate registrations matched to associations: document numbers, filing types, active/inactive standing, principal addresses.
Full registry from the quarterly public data file; daily filings feed in between.
Florida Geographic Information Office / county property appraisers
Condominium parcels: year built, just/assessed/taxable values, locations. Used for building-age and milestone-exposure analysis.
Statewide layer; re-swept periodically.

Compliance indicators (filing recency, corporate standing, pending fees, milestone-age exposure) are derived from the public records above using documented rules.
